- Eligibility for Return:
Digital and Custom Prints: Non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the product. These are made-to-order and personalized. Refunds will be provided only if the product is damaged during delivery, provided you have shared the unboxing video.
Home Decor Items: Eligible for return if the product is damaged or incorrect. Ensure the unboxing video is shared within the stipulated timeframe.
- Processing Time for Returns:
Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and verified by our team.
- Refunds:
Refunds will be initiated once the returned product passes the quality check.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-5 business days after approval.
- No Refund/Exchange for Buyer’s Remorse:
