We can customize your order to fit your specific needs, whether it's for brand recognition, weddings, anniversaries, or other special occasions.
If we receive an order for a custom product without the required OR incomplete details of your personalizations, we will send a follow-up message to the phone number given to us form your contact information. If we do not receive a response within 6 hours of our follow-up message, your order will be processed using the default customization as displayed on our product page OR with incomplete information which we have.
Please note that once the order is processed with the default customization, no refunds or replacements will be provided. To avoid this, kindly ensure that all necessary details are submitted when placing the order.
We recommend using the tape on plain surfaces like wood, metal, or glass for the best results. You can also stick it to walls, but we do not recommend this because:
- The tape may damage the wall paint, especially if it’s chemical-based.
- The product may not stick securely due to the paint layer.
For safe and long-lasting use, please ensure the surface is smooth and clean before applying the tape.
For all prepaid orders, shipping is free.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, if your order is placed during holidays or off-hours, processing may take a little longer.
Our standard products are created within a budget range and do not include manual editing or color corrections. Please note that there is always a 10-20% difference between digital previews and actual printouts. If you require additional editing services, including color corrections, you can contact us separately. These services come with additional charges and must be arranged before order processing.
We do not modify or make any changes to the pictures you upload. You will receive the exact image you provide. Please note that the appearance of the image on your digital screen may look different when printed on paper or canvas. Factors like DPI (dots per inch), image quality, color correction, and any filters applied can affect the final print.
We strive to create a respectful and inclusive shopping experience for all our customers. Orders that include photos, text, or designs containing any of the following will be canceled immediately:
- Pornographic or adult content
- Nudity or sexually explicit material
- Profanity or offensive language
- Sensitive or graphic content
- Material that could harm or offend religious beliefs.

A gallery wrap canvas is a high-quality canvas print where the artwork is stretched and wrapped around the edges of a wooden frame. This design creates a clean, borderless look with the image continuing seamlessly on the sides. It looks best if viewed 2-3 meters far from eyes.
A normal framed print is created using 300 GSM exhibition-quality glossy digital paper, specifically designed for fine art printing. The artwork is printed with vibrant colors and detailed precision and is then mounted within a visible frame for added elegance.
Delivery FAQs
The processing time, dispatch details, and estimated delivery timeframe can be found just below the "Buy Now" button on the product page. Please feel free to check that section for the information you need. Please note that this timeline is estimated and may vary based on the situation.
Typically, deliveries are made within 4-8 business days for most serviceable pin codes. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather issues, strikes, or unapproachable locations may cause delays. You can track your package using the unique tracking link provided via email or WhatsApp.
When the product is dispatched, you will automatically receive tracking details along with the estimated delivery date via WhatsApp and email. You can use these details to track your order. The standard delivery time is 3-8 days post dispatch
We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery and record an unboxing video. This will help verify the condition of your product. If you notice any damage or receive the wrong product, contact us within 2 hours, providing the unboxing video.
We provide an estimated delivery date based on our courier partners’ timelines; however, we do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Your order may arrive before or after the estimated delivery date due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation challenges, local restrictions, and Operational Issues. Additionally, deliveries are not made on Sundays and national holidays.
Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed, and we cannot provide the contact details of the delivery person as these details are not shared with us by our courier partners.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, which allows you to track your shipment. Please ensure the correct phone number is provided in SHIPPING ADDRESS, as the delivery person will require an OTP for successful delivery.
Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. The delivery agent will only call you when they are near your address, so you may not receive a call in advance. Also, if you try to call them, they may not be able to answer. There is no need to contact the delivery agent directly, as they follow a systematic process to ensure your package is delivered safely. Please make sure to provide the correct phone number, as OTP verification is required for delivery.
If you do not answer calls or accept the delivery after three attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. As per our policy, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not applicable in such cases. Once we receive the product back, we can reship it to you after confirming your availability. However, the reshipping cost will be charged to you, and payment will be required before dispatching the order again.
Return & Refunds FAQs
Digital prints, including paper posters, frames, and canvas prints, are eligible for return, refund, or replacement if:

Personalized products, Canvas Frames (Custom and non custom) cannot be returned or canceled. However, they are eligible for replacement if:

For non personalized frames, if you do not accept the shipment after three delivery attempts made by delivery agent, the product will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will issue a partial refund after deducting the onward and return shipping charges. The refund will be processed to your original payment method and should reflect in your account within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned parcel.
Yes, handicraft decor items are eligible for return, refund, or replacement if:

• You received the wrong product.
To cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase by:

If your return is accepted:
• We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. This process may take 5-7 working days due to third-party payment processing.
COD FAQs
• Verification Process:We perform a 2-step verification process for all COD orders. A WhatsApp message is sent to you, and you must confirm/cancel the order through the provided link. Our team will also call for further confirmation. If you don’t respond, the order will be canceled.
• Non-Delivery to Certain Addresses:We do not deliver COD personalized orders to hostels, PGs, universities, schools, etc., due to high return rates.
• Address Issues:If your address is incomplete or unverified, we will contact you. If there is no response, the COD order will be canceled.
COD is applicable on orders with a value of ₹899 or above, with an additional ₹99 COD charge.
Yes, for most of our products, you can preview your personalized design before placing your order. Once you add your details, you’ll be able to see a preview and make adjustments as needed.
Some products do not offer a live preview, and for these, we mention in the product description that our team will send you one round of preview.
For products where we provide a preview via WhatsApp/email, please note that only one preview will be shown. If you request changes, they will be implemented, and the product will be sent for production and dispatch.
For additional previews or more than one preview, extra charges will apply. You can discuss the charges with our WhatsApp support.
We accept COD orders up to a maximum value of ₹899 per order. If multiple COD orders are placed by the same user before the first order is delivered, we may cancel all subsequent orders to ensure fair use of the COD option. Additionally, users whose COD orders are canceled may be temporarily barred from placing new COD orders for the next 15 days. To avoid cancellations, please combine your orders within the COD limit or opt for the prepaid payment method for higher-value purchases.
