What is the Process for Buying Product/Gift For Special Occasion?

For a special occasions, place your order at least 15 working days in advance to allow time for resolving any delays or issues.

Can I place a bulk order for corporate gifting or personalized frames for special events?

We can customize your order to fit your specific needs, whether it's for brand recognition, weddings, anniversaries, or other special occasions.

What if I don’t provide details for my custom order?

If we receive an order for a custom product without the required OR incomplete details of your personalizations, we will send a follow-up message to the phone number given to us form your contact information. If we do not receive a response within 6 hours of our follow-up message, your order will be processed using the default customization as displayed on our product page OR with incomplete information which we have.

Please note that once the order is processed with the default customization, no refunds or replacements will be provided. To avoid this, kindly ensure that all necessary details are submitted when placing the order.

What surfaces are recommended for using double-sided tape with frames or acrylic products?

We recommend using the tape on plain surfaces like wood, metal, or glass for the best results. You can also stick it to walls, but we do not recommend this because:

  1. The tape may damage the wall paint, especially if it’s chemical-based.
  2. The product may not stick securely due to the paint layer.

For safe and long-lasting use, please ensure the surface is smooth and clean before applying the tape.

Is there a shipping fee for my order?

For all prepaid orders, shipping is free.

What is the order processing time?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, if your order is placed during holidays or off-hours, processing may take a little longer.

Can I request color corrections or extra editing for my order?

Our standard products are created within a budget range and do not include manual editing or color corrections. Please note that there is always a 10-20% difference between digital previews and actual printouts. If you require additional editing services, including color corrections, you can contact us separately. These services come with additional charges and must be arranged before order processing.

We do not modify or make any changes to the pictures you upload. You will receive the exact image you provide. Please note that the appearance of the image on your digital screen may look different when printed on paper or canvas. Factors like DPI (dots per inch), image quality, color correction, and any filters applied can affect the final print.

What is Ritwika’s policy on custom content and design submissions?

We strive to create a respectful and inclusive shopping experience for all our customers. Orders that include photos, text, or designs containing any of the following will be canceled immediately:

What is difference between Gallery Wrap Canvas and Normal Framed Prints?

A gallery wrap canvas is a high-quality canvas print where the artwork is stretched and wrapped around the edges of a wooden frame. This design creates a clean, borderless look with the image continuing seamlessly on the sides. It looks best if viewed 2-3 meters far from eyes.

A normal framed print is created using 300 GSM exhibition-quality glossy digital paper, specifically designed for fine art printing. The artwork is printed with vibrant colors and detailed precision and is then mounted within a visible frame for added elegance.

How should I handle and install my acrylic nameplate?

Always install on a smooth, flat surface and avoid rubbing or scratching the back side during installation. Scratches can trap air or moisture, leading to bubbles or peeling of the print over time — especially in printed nameplates. Handle with care for long-lasting durability.

Absolutely! Calculating star positions is an exact science, verifiable by anyone. Use any free sky data app (we recommend Stellarium) to confirm our map’s accuracy.

How do i order a star map?
