IMPORTANT: Please create an unboxing video as soon as you receive the package from the courier. The video must be clear, continuous (no cuts or edits), and recorded slowly for proper verification in case you receive a wrong or damaged product during transit. Kindly note: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, return or replacement requests will only be accepted within the same day of delivery as per the timeline provided below. Requests made after this period will not be eligible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGE FRAME OR WRONG PRODUCT:
If your order arrives with damaged Frame or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly send a replacement—no questions asked. However, you must inform us immediately upon receiving the parcel via WhatsApp or email along with a proper unboxing video.
(Please note: No refunds or exchanges are allowed—only replacements.)

NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF PREFERENCE:
We do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the product or material or change of mind after delivery. All product details are clearly mentioned on our website, and by clicking the BUY NOW button, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to our policies, FAQs, and product information.

SIZE UPGRADE REQUESTS (Special Condition):
If you wish to upgrade to a bigger size after receiving your order (downgrades not allowed), you must return the product at your own expense in its original packaging. Once we receive it in good condition, we’ll guide you through the upgrade process.
Please note: This is a special-case provision. Size selection should be finalized before placing your order. The management reserves the right to decline such requests.

We do not edit your uploaded photos, nor does our system degrade image quality. We print exactly what you upload. It is your responsibility to ensure the quality of your images before uploading.

Process for Cancellation and If Received Damaged Product
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.
- For cancellations, reach out within 2 hour of order placement via:

Replacement Process

If the frame is received broken, we will send a new replacement. However, if there is breakage of the back panel, glass, or hook, we will send only the required parts, which you can easily replace yourself. Our products are designed to be sustainable and reusable, allowing you to remove the back side tape and clips conveniently to replace the glass or print without any hassle.
Refund Processing
- For Digital Painting Products returned due to failed delivery (after 3 attempts), a partial refund is issued after deducting shipping and return costs.

Our cancellation window is 2 hours from the time an order is placed.

For Digital Painting and Handicraft Products If you cancel the delivery while the product is already in transit, on its way to your destination, or during the delivery attempt, please note that you are only refusing the delivery and not cancelling the order directly with Ritwika’s. In such cases, the refund will be processed only after the product reaches back to us, and it will be issued after deducting the shipping and return costs.

For Acrylic, Canvas Frames, Custom/Personalized Framed Artworks & Mugs
If you cancel the delivery while the product is already in transit, on its way to your destination, or during the delivery attempt, please note that you are only refusing the delivery and not cancelling the order directly with Ritwika’s. In such cases, no refund will be issued. The product can only be re-shipped upon payment of the re-shipping charges.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, after product return and verification.
