As our products, especially customized and digital items, are crafted or designed based on your inputs and previews provided during the purchase process, we do not entertain refund or return requests based on personal preferences or changes of mind. - Eligibility for Return:
Digital and Custom Prints: Non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the product. These are made-to-order and personalized. Refunds will be provided only if the product is damaged during delivery, provided you have shared the unboxing video.
Home Decor Items: Eligible for return if the product is damaged or incorrect. Ensure the unboxing video is shared within the stipulated timeframe.
- Processing Time for Returns:
Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and verified by our team.
- Refunds:
For Non Customized Products, If you do not accept the shipment after 3 delivery attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will issue a partial refund after deducting the onward and return shipping charges. The refund will be processed to your original payment method and should reflect in your account within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned parcel.
- No Refund/Exchange for Buyer’s Remorse:
Returns or refunds will not be processed for reasons such as change of mind after seeing the product and not liking, wrong size/color selection, or other subjective preferences.
- Packaging Condition:
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for returning an item (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
- Unboxing Video Requirement:
Customers must create an unboxing video when receiving the product to ensure it is undamaged and matches the order.
- Report Issues Immediately:
Any damage or incorrect product must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

- Can I get my order delivered on a specific date and time?
We provide an estimated delivery date based on our courier partners’ timelines; however, we do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Your order may arrive before or after the estimated delivery date due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation challenges, local restrictions, and Operational Issues. Additionally, deliveries are not made on Sundays and national holidays. - Can I change the delivery address or contact the delivery person?
Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed, and we cannot provide the contact details of the delivery person as these details are not shared with us by our courier partners. - How will I know the status of my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, which allows you to track your shipment. Please ensure the correct phone number is provided in SHIPPING ADDRESS, as the delivery person will require an OTP for successful delivery. - What happens if I miss the delivery or don’t receive a call from the delivery agent?
Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. The delivery agent will only call you when they are near your address, so you may not receive a call in advance. Also, if you try to call them, they may not be able to answer. There is no need to contact the delivery agent directly, as they follow a systematic process to ensure your package is delivered safely. Please make sure to provide the correct phone number, as OTP verification is required for delivery. - What happens if I miss all delivery attempts?
If you do not answer calls or accept the delivery after three attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. As per our policy, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not applicable in such cases. Once we receive the product back, we can reship it to you after confirming your availability. However, the reshipping cost will be charged to you, and payment will be required before dispatching the order again.
