Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and ready within 1–2 working days for Frames and Canvas and 3-4 working days for acrylic products after placing your order.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, local restrictions, or operational delays from the courier company.

Please note that deliveries are managed by third-party courier partners. While we are happy to assist in case of delays or issues, we request your patience until at least one ‘Out for Delivery’ attempt has been made by the courier on the scheduled day.

Special Occasion Orders:

  • For time-sensitive events, please place your order at least 15 working days in advance.

Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp on your email and registered shipping number.

Delivery Attempt

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please provide a valid phone number as an OTP is required at the time of delivery.

Missed Deliveries

  • If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You may request reshipping (at your cost)

Specific Date Requests
We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Orders are delivered based on courier partner timelines and operational factors.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available on orders ₹799 and above, with an additional ₹99 COD fee.
  • Verification Required: Confirmation via WhatsApp and a verification call. If unconfirmed, the order will be canceled.
  • COD Restrictions: Not available for:
    1. Personalized products
    2. Hostels, PGs, colleges, hotels, Remote areas or weekend-closed business addresses
  • Multiple COD Orders: If multiple COD orders are placed before the first is delivered, we may cancel subsequent orders.
