General Guidelines

  • We do not offer returns, refunds or cancellations for Custom Products
  • Non custom product refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges (unless received damaged or received different product - Unboxing video is must)
  • Change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or wrong size/color selection
  • Unboxing Video is Mandatory for all return/refund claims.
  • Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email along with unboxing video and images.

Return Request Procedure

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.

Packaging & Condition

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.

Refund Processing

  • For non-personalized products returned due to failed delivery (after 3 attempts), a partial refund is issued after deducting shipping and return costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, after product return and verification.
