Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) Policy

To make shopping easier, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) on selected products.

HOW PARTIAL COD WORKS

  • You pay 40% of the order value online while placing the order.
  • The remaining 60% amount is paid in cash/on delivery when your order reaches you.

Example:

If your order value is ₹2,000:

  • Pay approximately ₹800 now while placing the order.
  • Pay ₹1,200 at the time of delivery.

Important Conditions

By choosing Partial COD, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Return for Personal Reasons

Orders placed using Partial COD cannot be returned if:

  • You change your mind after delivery.
  • You do not like the product.
  • The color, design, size, or appearance does not meet your personal preference.
  • You ordered the wrong product, size, or variant.

Please read the product details carefully before placing your order.

2. No Refund

The amount paid while placing the order is non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Product not liked after delivery.
  • Refusal to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer.

3. No Exchange

Products purchased through Partial COD are not eligible for exchange based on personal choice, preference, or dislike after delivery.

Replacement Policy

We will provide a replacement or replacement part only if:

  • The product is received damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • A part is missing from the shipment.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To Claim a Replacement

You must contact us within the time mentioned in our Return & Replacement Policy and provide:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging.
  • Unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Any other information requested by our support team.

Failure to provide the required proof may result in rejection of the replacement request.

Replacement Approval

After verification of the issue:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, or
  • Only the affected/missing part may be shipped, depending on the case.

The decision of our support team after reviewing the evidence will be final.
