    We, at Ritwika's understand the need of paintings for all sort of walls and constantly adding different theme of paintings designed by our artist to our store so that you have choice of paintings for each wall as needed.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    Step 1 - Enter the Number and message you want to be printed on your artwork

    Step 2 - Collect several best pictures, zip them and upload the file. Or, upload them one by one 

    Step 3 - We will design the artwork and send you a preview of your personalized collage via WhatsApp within the next business day of placing the order for confirmation and customization. Please note that your images will be automatically arranged based on the available sizes for the particular number you choose. After viewing the preview, if you wish to add additional images, it will not be possible, nor will the order of the images be changeable.     • 300 GSM EXHIBITION QUALITY DIGITAL PAPER PRINTS USED FOR FINE ART PRINTING

      Once we receive the confirmation about the customization, we then print the image on high quality glossy paper especially made for digital printing.

    • STYLISH SYNTHETIC WOODEN FRAME AND CLEAR ACRYLIC GLASS

      After printing, we mount the print on a robust MDF board with clear acrylic glass which is durable and non-breakable to protect the artwork from dust and moisture. Then, the synthetic wooden frame is added for final assembly making your picture frame perfect for an elegant look.

    • MATTE FINISHED CANVAS PRINT WITH WOODEN SUPPORT

      The artwork printed on canvas is stretched and wrapped around the edges of the wooden frame, creating a seamless and frameless appearance. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching the canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides of the wooden bar and is secured to the back of the MDF wooden frame.

    1. Why is my print blurry, pixelated, or noisy?

    Blurry or pixelated prints occur when the uploaded image resolution is too low for the selected frame size. Images must meet the minimum resolution requirements of 300 DPI to ensure sharp and high-quality prints.

    2. What resolution should my image be for high-quality printing?

    To achieve the best print quality, your image must meet the following resolution requirements:

    3. How can I check my image resolution and DPI?

    You can check your image resolution and DPI (dots per inch) to ensure it meets the 300 DPI minimum requirement.

    Check Image Resolution:

    • On Windows: Right-click the image → Click “Properties” → Go to “Details” → Check “Dimensions” (Width × Height in pixels).
    • On Mac: Right-click the image → Click “Get Info” → Check “Dimensions” (Width × Height in pixels).
    • On Mobile (iPhone/Android): Open the image → Click “Details” or “Info” to view dimensions.

    Check Image DPI:

    Check your image using any online DPI checker (search “Check DPI online”) to verify if it meets 300 DPI or higher.

    📌 Important:
    • 300 DPI is the minimum requirement for high-quality printing.
    • If the DPI is below 300, the print may appear blurry or pixelated.

    4. What if my image is taken from a phone camera?

    Even high-quality images from DSLR or phone cameras need to be checked before uploading. Many phone images might look clear on the screen but may not meet the 300 DPI resolution needed for large prints.

    5. Can you check my image quality before printing?

    No, we do not provide manual image checking services. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their uploaded image meets the resolution and DPI standards.

    6. Will you enhance or edit my image before printing?

    No, we print exactly what we receive. We do not enhance, sharpen, or adjust colors. If your image is low-quality, dark, or has noise, the print will reflect the same.

    7. Can I enlarge a small image to meet the required resolution?

    No, manually upscaling an image (increasing its size using software) does not improve quality. It may make the print appear blurry or grainy. Always upload the original high-resolution file.

    8. My print looks different from my screen. Why?

    Screens use RGB color mode, while printing is done in CMYK. Some color variation is natural. Additionally, brightness and contrast may appear different when printed.

    9. What should I do to ensure the best print quality?

    • ✅ Upload images that meet or exceed the recommended resolution and 300 DPI.
    • ✅ Ensure your image is clear, well-lit, and has no visible noise.
    • ✅ Do not use screenshots or images downloaded from social media (they are usually compressed and low-quality).
    • ✅ Check your image properties before uploading to avoid disappointment.

    10. I received my print and the quality is not as expected. Can I get a replacement?

    We do not offer returns or replacements for low-quality images uploaded by customers. If the print matches the file you provided, we are not responsible for the outcome. Please review the resolution and 300 DPI requirements before placing an order.

    Delivery Information
    1. Can I get my order delivered on a specific date and time?
      We provide an estimated delivery date based on our courier partners’ timelines; however, we do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Your order may arrive before or after the estimated delivery date due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation challenges, local restrictions, and Operational Issues. Additionally, deliveries are not made on Sundays and national holidays.
    2. Can I change the delivery address or contact the delivery person?
      Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed, and we cannot provide the contact details of the delivery person as these details are not shared with us by our courier partners.
    3. How will I know the status of my order?
      As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, which allows you to track your shipment. Please ensure the correct phone number is provided in SHIPPING ADDRESS, as the delivery person will require an OTP for successful delivery.
    4. What happens if I miss the delivery or don’t receive a call from the delivery agent?
      Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. The delivery agent will only call you when they are near your address, so you may not receive a call in advance. Also, if you try to call them, they may not be able to answer. There is no need to contact the delivery agent directly, as they follow a systematic process to ensure your package is delivered safely. Please make sure to provide the correct phone number, as OTP verification is required for delivery.
    5. What happens if I miss all delivery attempts?
      If you do not answer calls or accept the delivery after three attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. As per our policy, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not applicable in such cases. Once we receive the product back, we can reship it to you after confirming your availability. However, the reshipping cost will be charged to you, and payment will be required before dispatching the order again.
    Return and Refund

    By purchasing from Ritwika’s, we trust that you have reviewed and understood our return and refund policies. As our products, especially customized and digital items, are crafted or designed based on your inputs and previews provided during the purchase process, we do not entertain refund or return requests based on personal preferences or changes of mind. We strongly encourage you to review all details and previews carefully before placing your order, as these reflect the final product. This ensures clarity and adherence to post-delivery outcomes.

    • Eligibility for Return:

    Digital and Custom Prints: Non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the product. These are made-to-order and personalized. Refunds will be provided only if the product is damaged during delivery, provided you have shared the unboxing video.

    Home Decor Items: Eligible for return if the product is damaged or incorrect. Ensure the unboxing video is shared within the stipulated timeframe.

    • Processing Time for Returns:

    Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and verified by our team.

    • Refunds:

    For Non Customized Products, If you do not accept the shipment after 3 delivery attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will issue a partial refund after deducting the onward and return shipping charges. The refund will be processed to your original payment method and should reflect in your account within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned parcel.

    • No Refund/Exchange for Buyer’s Remorse:

    Returns or refunds will not be processed for reasons such as change of mind after seeing the product and not liking, wrong size/color selection, or other subjective preferences.

    • Packaging Condition:

    The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    • Shipping Charges:

    Shipping charges for returning an item (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

    • Unboxing Video Requirement:

    Customers must create an unboxing video when receiving the product to ensure it is undamaged and matches the order.

    • Report Issues Immediately:

    Any damage or incorrect product must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
